You will need to charge your Flex in order for it to function. Connect your Flex to charger using the charging cable given. In percentage increase of 20%, the total charge progress is represented by every flashing indicator light as Flex is charging. You will see blinking of all 5 lights when you have fully charged your Flex.

You can do this by tapping your Flex quickly for a few seconds until you see two leisurely dimming lights and it vibrates. There will be alternated two blinking Lights throughout the night. In the morning, you can quickly tap Flex to stop manual sleep mode. You will see all five lights blinking three times and vibrating, and then a light pattern cycles. Only in manual sleep mode you will see these light patterns. During the night, there won’t be any special light patterns if you enable automatic sleep mode.
Fitbit Flex Lights Updating
You can perform update to make your Flex fresh again. There won’t be response to charging, taps, or resets from your Flex and you will see left to right, back and forth, LED indicator lights repeatedly on your Flex if Flex fails to complete an update. If this occurs you can try updating using your computer.
