Fitbit Flex Not Syncing On Apple iOS Devices
A missing prerequisite typically cause syncing issues. Make sure you have a supported device when installing the Fitbit app, you have updated software on your mobile device to the latest version, you enable the Bluetooth setting on your mobile device, there is other Bluetooth connections managed by your mobile device, and there isn’t critically low battery on the tracker.
If your tracker still won’t sync, you may want to try to force closing the Fitbit app, try turn off and on again the Bluetooth from the Setting menu, start the Fitbit app. If the above steps do not solve the syncing issue, try restarting your mobile device and then start the Fitbit app. If your tracker still does not sync, restart your tracker. Sync issue may occur when your smartphone isn’t managing other Bluetooth connections, doesn’t have a syncing problem listed in and there isn’t critically low battery on tracker.
To solve syncing issues on your Android device, make sure you enable the Always Connected option in the Fitbit app to enhance the Bluetooth connection between your device and Flex. You may need to enable All-Day Sync in the Fitbit app. If the sync issue persists, try forcing closing the Fitbit app and start it back on. You may want to close the app again and disable and enable the Bluetooth again and then start the app again. If it won’t sync, restart your mobile device and then repeat the previous steps. If it does not fix the sync issue, restart your tracker and repeat the above steps. Finally, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app and re-log in to your Fitbit account if still Fitbit Flex Not Syncing.
