Make sure you know the current connection status of your band and app. First examine your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections. Make sure you have a strong WiFi or data signal. Make sure your Bluetooth turned on. You also need to disable the airplane mode. Check your UP2 connection with the UP app. You will see a red notification in the upper corner of the Home screen next to the band icon if you have any connection issues with the phone.
